1. Pregnancy & Birth
This class provides an overview of the Multiple Birth Pregnancy and Birth process, including information about health and nutrition, lifestyle, and vaginal vs C-Section delivery. Ideal class for those at the end of their first or beginning of their second trimester (12-16 weeks), who want to get an overview of what it’s all about. View a class outline here.
2. Gear and Supplies
What will you need? Where can you get it?Which of those cute shower gifts will be the most useful? This class provides an opportunity for participants to consider the costs associated with bringing home multiple babies, and gives parents-to-be a chance to investigate various options for strollers, car seats, infant chairs, and other gear. Some time will also be spent exploring breast and bottle-feeding as well as the diaper debate (cloth vs. disposable). This class is useful anytime in the pregnancy, but is highly recommended before the end of the second trimester, and definately before you go shopping. View a class outline here.
3. Coming Home/Baby Care
Bathing, feeding, changing, sleeping… it’s all covered in this final class. Find out before the babies come home how “E.A.S.Y.” it can be to get your little ones on a schedule. Share ideas on how to best arrange your home and get help for the arrival of your newborns. This class is ideal at the beginning to middle of the third trimester. View a class outline here.
